Pizza Hut — on the heels of the brand-killing YouTube video that was all the rage last week — has posted a job for a college-age intern to post all summer on Twitter about the company. Would you text OMG or LOL?

They’ll be our social media journalist, chronicling in 140 characters or less what’s going on at Pizza Hut,” said Bob Kraut, the vice president for marketing communications at the company.

Someone else has reported that Twitter gained 1 million new members after Oprah took it on late last week. And now there’s even a movement to declare your pre-Oprah Twitter status.
